Position Overview
- We are seeking a qualified Legal Associate to join our contracting company in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will provide legal support, represent the company before judicial authorities, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal assistance and guidance to the company and subsidiaries, ensuring they fully understand their legal rights, obligations, and available courses of action.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal opinions, and reports in accordance with labour laws and regulations.
- Represent the company before courts of all levels and participate in legal proceedings as required.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accurate and up to date legal advice.
- Monitor ongoing legal cases and keep informed of significant developments and outcomes.
- Support on legal and regulatory compliance matters, including corporate, commercial, real estate, and trade related issues.
- Manage legal documentation, case files, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Good knowledge of Labor laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
