Legal Administration & Documentation Management
- Manage and maintain legal documents, contracts, and records securely
- Ensure accurate filing, indexing, and retrieval (digital & physical)
- File executed agreements and CAS approvals with proper taxonomy
- Maintain template library and control access
- Support document retention and corporate records compliance
- Develop user guides and FAQs
Document Formatting & Quality Control
- Maintain document formatting standards (Word, TOCs, references)
- Ensure completeness of contract packs (annexures, schedules, etc.)
- Review final PDFs for accuracy, pagination, and quality
- Provide fast, client-ready formatting support
Legal Intake & Triage
- Manage LIS queue: triage, assign, and track requests
- Follow up on missing inputs and resolve system issues
- Monitor and report SLA performance
Contract & Process Coordination
- Support preparation of contracts, NDAs, and legal documents
- Coordinate approvals, signatures, and execution workflows
- Ensure compliance with DoA and CAS requirements
- Liaise with stakeholders to drive timely completion
Compliance & Governance
- Maintain corporate records and statutory documentation
- Track deadlines and flag compliance risks
Stakeholder Management
- Act as key liaison between Legal, internal teams, and external parties
- Manage communications and follow-ups with legal advisors
Reporting
- Prepare reports on legal activities and contract status
- Maintain dashboards and trackers
- Monitor legal spend and budgets
Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in legal administration or corporate legal support (regulated industry experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of contract management, corporate governance, and compliance processes
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, stakeholder management skills, and high standards of confidentiality and integrity
