Job Summary

ASTI Academy is seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance Faculty member to deliver engaging, industry-focused teaching.

The role supports students in their academic and professional development.

Teaching Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Accounting and Finance.
  • Teach Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Auditing, and Taxation.
  • Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance.
  • Update curriculum in line with industry practices and IFRS and GAAP standards.
  • Use real-world case studies and practical examples in teaching.
  • Maintain academic records and contribute to faculty activities and research.
  • Support industry partnerships, internships, and student career development.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is required.
  • At least two years of relevant industry experience in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing is required.
  • Two years of accounting teaching or lecturing experience and two years of finance teaching or lecturing experience are required.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial practices is required.
  • Teaching or training experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required; Arabic is advantageous.
  • ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is advantageous.

Pay

  • The stated pay range is AED 4,500 to AED 6,000 per month.

Workplace

  • The work location is in person in Al Qusais, Dubai.
