Role overview

Student advisory and counseling

• Advise prospective students on online programs, eligibility criteria, fees, and enrollment procedures.
• Assess learning objectives and career goals and recommend suitable courses.

Lead management and enrollment

• Follow up with inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Manage and prioritize online leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Plan enrollment strategies and work toward individual and team enrollment targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions to achieve assigned goals.

CRM and reporting

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment status in the CRM system.
• Generate reports on lead status, conversions, pipeline progress, and student data.
• Provide feedback and reports to the Admissions Manager for strategy planning.

Relationships and outreach

• Develop relationships with prospective students, parents, education agents, and online partners.
• Support outreach initiatives to expand the institution’s digital presence and student base.
• Participate in webinars, virtual open days, and digital promotional initiatives.

Application and onboarding

• Guide students through application, registration, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure a smooth and positive enrollment experience for students.

Market and compliance

• Track education market trends, competitor programs, and student preferences and share insights with admissions and marketing teams.
• Maintain timely reporting in line with institutional policies.
• Adhere to UAE labor laws and institute regulations regarding student recruitment and data confidentiality.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of UAE experience in student recruitment, admissions, EdTech sales, or a similar role.
• Experience with online courses is an advantage.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.

Compensation and workplace

• Pay is AED 3,000–AED 5,000 per month.
• Work location is in person.
