ASTI Academy is seeking a commercially driven Business Analyst.
The role supports business growth, revenue optimization, and operational improvement across educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue, enrollment, admissions, retention, and business performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, conversion, profitability, and efficiency.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, reports, and actionable business insights.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements, automation, and cost optimization.
- Prepare business cases and support new initiatives and system improvements.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and present recommendations to management.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, or Analytics.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and experience with reporting and dashboards.
- Power BI, SQL, and CRM/ERP experience are advantageous.
- Education or EdTech experience is preferred.
- UAE experience is preferred.

Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
