- Monitor occupancy levels and support initiatives to maximize property utilization and revenue
- Conduct market research and analyze rental trends to recommend competitive leasing rates
- Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and other stakeholders on lease agreements, collections, and dispute resolution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, investors, and external stakeholders
- Prepare leasing performance reports, tenant data reports, and market analysis reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with leasing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in leasing, property management, commercial real estate, or real estate agencies
- Experience working with government entities, regulatory authorities, or large property portfolios is preferred
