Career Path
We don’t keep you stuck in leasing.
Once you complete 15–20 rental deals, you will transition into the Sales Department, where earning potential is significantly higher.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property listings (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
- Handle tenant inquiries and conduct property viewings
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiate rental terms and close leasing deals
- Prepare tenancy contracts and related documentation
- Stay updated on Dubai rental market trends

Requirements
- Background in sales, hospitality, or real estate is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Organized and professional
- Valid UAE driving license & car is preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
