Role Overview

  • The Leasing & Property Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing commercial properties to meet the operational requirements of the Group's businesses, primarily across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • The role involves sourcing suitable office spaces, warehouses, labour camps, industrial yards, retail spaces, and other commercial properties.
  • The position will also manage the Group's existing leased property portfolio, including lease renewals, rent negotiations, and landlord relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source suitable commercial properties based on business requirements across the Group.
  • Conduct market research to identify available properties and monitor prevailing rental trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, property consultants, and government entities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with landlords, developers, and their representatives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all leased properties across the Group.
  • Monitor lease expiry dates and initiate renewal discussions well in advance.
  • Continuously monitor commercial real estate market trends in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Ensure all lease documentation is complete and properly executed.
  • Prepare monthly leasing activity reports and maintain dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications in real estate or property management would be an advantage.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, property acquisition, or corporate real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi commercial property markets.
  • Experience negotiating commercial lease agreements.
  • Existing network with landlords, developers, and property consultants is highly desirable.

  • Ability to compare multiple leasing options and prepare business recommendations.
  • Knowledge of UAE commercial leasing practices and regulations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

  • Number of suitable properties sourced against business requirements.
  • Average time taken to close leasing transactions.
  • Rental savings achieved through negotiations.
  • Percentage of lease renewals completed before expiry.
  • Occupancy cost optimisation versus approved budgets.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with property sourcing and leasing support.
  • Accuracy and completeness of lease documentation.
  • Development and maintenance of a strong landlord and broker network.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 6,000.00 AED 8,000.00 per month
