Responsibilities
- Develop interior architectural concepts, planning layouts, and preparing detailed drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain design intent through all stages of interior fit out and construction
- Conduct site visits and coordinate material and finishes selections
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with local codes and company quality standards
- Participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and adjust solutions based on feedback and project constraints
Requirements
- Strong skills in Architecture and Interior Design
- Solid skills to produce detailed drawings, specifications, and design documentation
- Experience in Interior Fit out, including coordination with contractors, suppliers, and on site teams
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Archicad, and relevant 3D visualization tools, AI tools)
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field preferred
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in the UAE, especially for commercial or hospitality projects
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills

Role Description
- The Interior Architect is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- This role involves developing interior architectural concepts, planning layouts, and preparing detailed drawings and specifications for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
- The Interior Architect collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained through all stages of interior fit out and construction.
- Daily responsibilities include site visits, coordinating material and finishes selections, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring compliance with local codes and company quality standards.
- The role also requires participation in client meetings, presenting design proposals, and adjusting solutions based on feedback and project constraints.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architecture and Interior Design to develop functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Solid skills to produce detailed drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
- Experience in Interior Fit out, including coordination with contractors, suppliers, and on site teams to deliver high quality finishes.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Archicad, and relevant 3D visualization tools, AI tools) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in the UAE, along with experience in commercial or hospitality projects, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
