- Handle property management documentation, including tenancy contracts and renewals
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and service providers for maintenance requests and follow ups
- Maintain organized records of all property related documents
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate (listings or property management preferred)
- Familiarity with property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

Role Overview
- We are currently seeking a detail oriented and proactive Leasing Operations/Property Administrator to join a growing real estate team in Dubai.

Qualifications
- Experience in Property Management and Real Estate operations
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, tenants, and team members
- Customer Service skills with a focus on addressing inquiries and maintaining positive relationships
- Ability to perform Budgeting and financial tasks for property related expenses
- Organizational ability and attention to detail in maintaining accurate property records
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office tools is preferred
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
