About the Company
The Sandwash is a warehouse gallery project converted from a historic sand wash plant founded in 1990.
The project provides warehouses of various sizes for exhibitions, showrooms, events, and other cultural activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee leasing from prospecting to signing and support tenant satisfaction.
- Manage tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests.
- Manage lease renewals, contractual compliance, and records.
- Supervise security, maintenance, facility operations, and vendors.
- Coordinate with government agencies on regulatory compliance.
- Manage common-area event space use and its commercial potential.
- Monitor market trends and participate in leasing strategies.
- Process leases, issue renewal reminders, and maintain records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of leasing management experience, ideally in a mall or mixed-use development.
- Strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
Additional Desired Skills
- Experience managing cultural and public event spaces is desirable.
- Experience managing diverse retail, fitness, and food service tenants is desirable.
Pay
- AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
