About the Company
The Sandwash is a warehouse gallery project transformed from a historic sand wash plant into a hub for art and culture.
The venue includes warehouses for exhibitions, showrooms, events, and other cultural activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the leasing process from prospecting through signing.
- Act as the primary contact for tenants and address inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests.
- Manage lease renewals, contractual compliance, and detailed records.
- Supervise security, maintenance, vendor management, and other facility operations.
- Coordinate with government agencies on relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage common-area use for events while maintaining a community-focused atmosphere.
- Monitor market trends and participate in competitive leasing strategies.
- Process leases, issue renewal reminders, and provide administrative support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facility Management, or a related field.
- At least three years of leasing management experience, ideally in a mall or mixed-use development.
- Strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
