Requirements
- 6 years of experience in leasing, real estate management, or related field, preferably in commercial property sector
- Proven track record of managing lease negotiations, tenant sourcing, and maintaining high occupancy levels
- Knowledge of Ejari, DED licensing, DLD and RERA regulations
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and rent calculation trackers
- Property valuation knowledge
- Contract management skills

Summary
- The Leasing Executive is responsible for overseeing all leasing related activities within the commercial / Residential portfolio.
- This role focuses on maximizing occupancy rates, developing tenant relationships, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring all leasing operations are in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- The Leasing Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective execution of leasing strategies, tenant sourcing, and ongoing lease management.
Responsibilities
- Manage all lease documentation and tenant relations, ensuring smooth processes.
- Monitor rental payments, address arrears, and ensure timely settlements.
- Build and maintain strong landlord tenant relationships, handling concerns efficiently.
- Conduct marketing and sales outreach to attract prospective tenants, including both brands and small businesses.
- Maximize occupancy and minimize vacancies in commercial properties.
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, supporting them throughout the leasing process.
- Collaborate with the manager on leasing strategies aligned with company goals, preparing RFAs for approval.
- Coordinate site visits, project timelines, tenant due diligence, and final agreements with leasing partners.
- Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Legal) to ensure seamless leasing operations.
- Oversee contract renewals, terminations, and closures, ensuring compliance with terms.
- Provide regular leasing updates through weekly and monthly reports.
- Prepare and present sales, marketing materials, and property proposals.
