- Assist clients with documentation including tenancy contracts, security deposits, and rental payments
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and rental trends
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of proven experience as a Leasing Agent in the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Own reliable laptop and smartphone
- Valid UAE Driving License or ability to independently arrange reliable transportation
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages a plus
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi tenancy laws, Tawtheeq processes, and major residential/commercial areas

Overview
- We are seeking a driven, proactive, and result oriented Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
- You will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting viewings, and guiding tenants through the leasing process from introduction to key handover.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years of proven experience as a Leasing Agent specifically within the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Must possess your own reliable Laptop and Smartphone for daily operations, client communication, and listing management.
- Must hold a valid UAE Driving License or have the confirmed ability to independently arrange reliable transportation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages are a major plus).
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi tenancy laws, Tawtheeq processes, and major residential/commercial areas.
