Job Description

  • Are you a highly motivated, resilient, and charismatic sales professional? We are seeking dynamic Real Estate Sales Brokers to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi.
  • Whether you are an experienced agent or a high performing sales executive from another industry, we provide the platform, tools, and leads to help you maximize your earning potential.
  • You will act as an advisor to local and international clients, guiding them through buying, selling, and investing in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Actively source, qualify, and follow up with new leads, utilizing our advanced CRM system and marketing databases.
  • Client Consultations: Understand clients' unique property needs, investment budgets, and lifestyle preferences to recommend tailored property options.
  • Conduct Property Viewings: Coordinate and conduct professional property viewings and presentations across Abu Dhabi’s key areas (e.g., Yas Island, Al Reem Island, Saadiyat Island).
  • Negotiation & Closing: Act as the intermediary between buyers, sellers, and developers to negotiate competitive deals and finalize purchase agreements.
  • Market Expertise: Stay highly informed on local real estate trends, community developments, newly launched projects, and UAE property laws.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain a clean and updated personal sales pipeline in our CRM to ensure seamless client communication and high conversion rates.

What We Look For (Requirements)

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a high performance environment (Real Estate, Luxury Retail, Automotive Sales, Recruitment, or Financial Services is highly preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication and presentation skills. (Fluency in Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin is a massive advantage).
  • Drive: A strong entrepreneurial mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for hitting targets.
  • Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License and owning a personal vehicle is highly preferred.
  • Professionalism: Presentable, punctual, and highly disciplined with a commitment to maintaining ethical standards in line with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations.
