About the Role
Dollar Car Rental seeks a Lease Coordinator to support end-to-end lease operations including vehicle servicing, breakdown management, off-hire coordination, and customer account support.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for lease customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Create and follow up on service bookings, breakdowns, recoveries, and mobile servicing
- Arrange replacement vehicles and coordinate deliveries and collections
- Monitor vehicle status (On road, OOS, under repair, total loss, permanent replacement)
- Coordinate with Traffic for NOCs, registrations, and documentation
- Liaise with Sales and customers on damage assessments, off hires, and charge postings
- Coordinate with Fleet for vehicle assignment
- Prepare and circulate daily operational and vehicle status reports
- Follow up on registration renewals, passing, and replacement scheduling
- Track pending service bookings and OOS vehicles
- Monitor vehicle permits and compliance requirements

Role Overview
- The Lease Operations supports end to end lease operations, including vehicle servicing, breakdown management, off hire coordination, replacements, and customer account support.
- The role ensures fleet availability, service continuity, and smooth lease execution through close coordination with customers, internal teams, and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily: Act as the primary point of contact for lease customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
