- At least 1 year of team leading responsibilities
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- Certification in Training and Development or related studies (desired)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment (desired)
- At least 1 year experience in using an electronic health record system (desired)

Main Purpose of the Job
- To support and guide the development of employee competence through the facilitation and evaluation of various learning and development programmes
Key Responsibility Areas

- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions
- Document and report the outcome of learning and development interventions
Experience
- Essential: At least 3 4 years’ experience in facilitation of learning and development or training in a formal setting, at least 1 year of which involved team leading responsibilities
- Desired: At least 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment
- Desired: At least 1 years’ experience in using an electronic health record system
Education
- Essential: A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- Desired: Certification in Training and Development or related studies
Required Job Skills and Knowledge
- Instructional Design (ADDIE model) and its application
- Evaluation of learning effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model
- Learning styles and adult learning principles
- English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Computer literacy: MS Office applications
- E learning content authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Moodle, etc.)
- Video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premier Pro)
- Learning support material development, including training manuals
- Knowledge of hospital and/or clinic operations
