Role Overview
The Learning Program Manager, Sales Enablement designs, governs, and measures scalable enablement programs supporting Assent's revenue and go-to-market goals.
The role translates sales strategy, priorities, and performance data into programs that improve ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, and execution.
The role defines enablement outcomes and direction while Learning Consultants and Content teams own instructional design and content development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary enablement business partner to Sales across the full sales cycle.
- Translate revenue priorities into measurable enablement programs for sales roles.
- Manage initiative intake, prioritization, governance, documentation, and delivery.
- Define success metrics and report program impact through dashboards and executive-ready reporting.
- Own the Analysis and Evaluation phases of the ADDIE model.
- Use AI to support analysis, operations, recommendations, and reporting within responsible-use guardrails.
- Collaborate with Learning Consultants and Content teams on program delivery.
- Participate in sales strategy discussions and align stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Enablement.
