Position summary
Design, govern, and measure scalable learning programs that support organizational goals.
Translate business strategy into structured learning programs with measurable outcomes such as adoption, retention, compliance, and learner success.
What you will do
- Define program goals, blueprints, governance standards, intake processes, and prioritization frameworks.
- Establish success metrics and partner with Data & Insights teams to track KPIs through dashboards.
- Own the Analysis and Evaluation phases of ADDIE to scope needs and assess program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Learning Consultants and Content Specialists to deliver high-quality programs on time.
- Align with cross-functional stakeholders and continuously improve processes, documentation, and program quality.
What you will bring
- At least 3 years managing learning or enablement programs, or equivalent cross-functional learning coordination experience in SaaS or technology.
- Ability to translate business goals into structured programs, build repeatable processes, manage priorities, and deliver within scope.
- Working knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, retention, and behavior change.
- Experience defining metrics and using LMS platforms and project tracking tools; familiarity with LEAi, Clueso, or Power BI is advantageous.
