About Noon

Noon Academy is an education technology platform serving students and teachers across the Middle East.

The company is focused on reinventing schools in Saudi Arabia through AI, peer-to-peer learning, virtual teaching, and physical classrooms.

Office

  • This is a full-time, Riyadh-based role with an office near the Boulevard.

About the Role

The Learning Operations / Automation Manager will run the Sciences function covering Biology and Chemistry content across multiple assessment and curriculum tracks.

The role begins with delivery and people management, then shifts toward documenting processes and building AI-driven automation and tooling.

The role manages specialists who create lessons and assessments rather than writing the lessons personally.

What You Will Own

  • Manage four Design Leads covering Biology, Chemistry, middle school science, Nafes, and international programs, along with content creators and a QA contractor.
  • Document how Design Leads build lessons, question banks, and assessments, including inputs, tools, decisions, and review cycles.
  • Own the science content roadmap across Grades 7–12 for National and International tracks.
  • Run capacity planning, production planning, prioritization, and delivery-blocking resolution.
  • Set design standards, review gates, and quality assurance workflows with Learning Excellence and Head Teachers.
  • Use learning data to improve what is built in the following term.
  • Coordinate delivery across Head Teachers, Learning Excellence, Product, Engineering, Data, customer experience, and School Operations.
  • Build templates, trackers, playbooks, and review rituals to scale content production.
  • Design and build AI-driven workflows and internal tools that remove manual production steps.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of people-management experience is required; 5 years is preferred.
  • A background in technology or education is required, with experience in both preferred.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents, workflows, prototypes, skills, or internal tools using tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is required.
  • Proven delivery in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is required.
  • Fluent Arabic, strong professional English, and Riyadh residency are required.
  • Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or Python is beneficial.
  • Instructional design or e-learning certification is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Tahsili, Qudrat, or Nafes is beneficial.
  • Experience with distributed teams, contractors, data tooling, dashboards, or multicultural teams is beneficial.

Why This Role

  • The role has responsibility for four Design Leads, a contractor pool, six programs, Grades 7–12, and National and International tracks.
  • The successful candidate will define the operating system for science content production in a new function.
  • The role reports to the Head of Learning Operations and works directly with the Chief Learning Officer.
  • Learning gain, exam outcomes, and delivery reliability provide measurable performance indicators.
