The role is a Head Teacher position for National-track sciences across middle school and high school.
It is an academic role focused on curriculum quality, teacher coaching, lesson review, and continued classroom teaching.

Role Allocation
- Curriculum and term planning comprise 50% of the role, including curriculum emphasis, sequencing, weighting, and final lesson review.
- Coaching delivery teachers comprises 30%, including observation, feedback, and follow-up that changes teaching practice.
- Delivering lessons comprises 20%, allowing the Head Teacher to stay close to content and student experience.
What You Will Own
- Own academic quality across the National-track science curriculum for middle and high school.
- Approve term and year plans built with Design Leads before production.
- Serve as the final academic reviewer of lessons before students receive them.
- Coach and develop delivery teachers with Learning Excellence.
- Interpret assessment results and translate them into future curriculum changes.
- Provide the academic voice in cross-functional discussions with Design, Learning Excellence, Product, and Data.
Must Have
- At least 10 years of classroom teaching experience across middle school and high school.
- Three to five years managing or coaching other teachers in a formal or subject-lead capacity.
- Familiarity with Qudurat, Tahsili, and Nafes.
- Strong digital capability and comfort teaching through a platform-based environment.
- Fluent Arabic and professional English.
- Based in Riyadh; Saudi nationality and KSA teaching experience are strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Coaching certification or completion of a formal teacher training program.
- International curriculum experience.
- Familiarity with PISA, TIMSS, and PIRLS assessment frameworks.
- Experience using AI in teaching or curriculum work.
- Experience with hybrid, blended, or remote instruction.

- Noon operates hybrid classrooms where a remote star teacher leads sessions and students learn together in physical classrooms.
