About the Role
Lead the academic quality of National track Math and Physics for middle school and high school.
This is an academic role focused on curriculum judgment, lesson quality, teacher coaching, and continued classroom teaching rather than department administration or headcount management.
Role Allocation
- Spend approximately 50% of time on curriculum and term planning with the design team and final lesson review.
- Spend approximately 30% coaching delivery teachers through observation, feedback, and follow-up.
- Spend approximately 20% delivering lessons to stay connected to content and student outcomes.
