- Conduct learning needs assessments and collaborate with L&D and HRIS teams to design targeted training interventions
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors LMS operations including course creation, scheduling, nomination workflows, and post training evaluation
- Support competency framework implementation and link learning outcomes with CDP and PMGM modules
- Coordinate external and internal training programs, ensuring vendor alignment and budget adherence
- Track and analyze learning KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve participation and effectiveness
- Design and implement HR analytics dashboards tracking learning compliance, workforce skills, and development progress
Requirements
- Experience in learning and development, including LMS management and training coordination
- Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Employee Central
- Strong analytical skills for tracking learning KPIs and creating dashboards
- Experience in vendor management and budget adherence

Role Overview
