L&D Strategy & Program Development
- Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce development needs.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.
- Design and deliver training programs across technical, behavioral, and leadership competencies.
Leadership Development & Talent Growth
- Build and manage leadership development and succession planning programs.
- Support career development frameworks and competency models across the organization.
Learning Delivery & Content
- Oversee the creation of learning content (classroom, virtual, e-learning).
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs when required.
Performance & Effectiveness
- Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and learning analytics (e.g., engagement, performance improvement, ROI).
- Continuously improve programs based on feedback and data insights.
Lms & Learning Technology
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and accessibility of training programs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
- Support organizational change initiatives through targeted training and communication.
