Role Overview
Transform Lab is seeking a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager.
The role strengthens employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance through learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and organizational capability gaps.
- Develop training strategies and relevant learning solutions.
- Coordinate development programs and manage learning resources.
- Evaluate learning initiatives and track program outcomes.
- Support career development and talent growth.
- Promote a continuous learning culture and align learning initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training design, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective development solutions.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, digital learning platforms, and training evaluation methods is an advantage.
- Proactive, collaborative, and people-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
