Role Overview
Seeking a strategic and customer-focused CRM Manager.
The role leads initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, improve engagement, and drive long-term business growth.
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creativity, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM strategies across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage customer segmentation and design targeted campaigns.
- Optimize communication across relevant channels.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities for retention and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to deliver personalized customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn customer data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, customer databases, and analytics solutions.
