Role Description
Enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen engagement, and improve the overall customer journey.
Develop customer experience strategies across key touchpoints and identify service gaps.
Analyze customer feedback, behavioral data, and service performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Work with sales, marketing, operations, product, and support teams to establish consistent service standards.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, analytical, commercially aware, and focused on measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, journey management, service quality, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer feedback tools, analytics solutions, and experience measurement frameworks.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
