Lead digital transformation initiatives that improve business efficiency, customer experiences, and sustainable growth through digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess existing processes, identify digitalization opportunities, and develop transformation roadmaps.
- Coordinate technology-enabled initiatives with business and technology teams.
- Streamline workflows, improve data utilization, and introduce innovative solutions.
- Monitor project performance, evaluate business impact, and maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process optimization, emerging technologies, and technology-driven business models.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions and transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with data analytics, cloud technologies, automation, AI, CRM, ERP, or other enterprise technology platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
