Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user enrollments, tracking completions, and troubleshooting access issues
- Maintain and update training reports, dashboards, and trackers to monitor training effectiveness, attendance, and completion rates
- Coordinate and execute onboarding training plans for new joinees
- Assist in designing and developing training content, presentations, and course materials
- Support the creation, documentation, and rollout of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across teams
- Assist in tracking, compiling, and reviewing KPIs related to training effectiveness and employee development
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and trainers to schedule sessions, gather feedback, and ensure smooth execution of L&D programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR support role
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., ZOHO Learn, Coursebox)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of instructional design or training content development is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams

Key Responsibilities
- LMS Management — Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user enrollments, tracking completions, and troubleshooting access issues.
- Training Reports & MIS — Maintain and update training reports, dashboards, and trackers to monitor training effectiveness, attendance, and completion rates.
- Onboarding Training — Coordinate and execute onboarding training plans for new joinees, ensuring a smooth and engaging induction experience.
- Content Creation Support — Assist in designing and developing training content, presentations, and course materials for various learning programs.
- SOP Creation & Implementation — Support the creation, documentation, and rollout of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across teams.
- KPI Review Support — Assist in tracking, compiling, and reviewing KPIs related to training effectiveness and employee development.

Required Skills & Qualifications
