- Design posts, stories, reels, and marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar
- Create short form video content and reels for marketing and employer branding
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative campaign ideas
- Assist with employer branding, recruitment marketing, and company culture campaigns
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports
Requirements
- Passion for content creation, social media trends, and digital storytelling
- Hands on experience in using Google and Meta Ads
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Ability to create short form video content and reels

About the Role
- We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content & Social Media Executive (FEMALE) to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support employer branding and marketing initiatives.
- The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, social media trends, and digital storytelling.
