Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support Learning & Development programs across the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and global stakeholders to identify learning needs.
  • Assist in implementation of global learning initiatives and leadership development programs.
  • Monitor learning participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness.
  • Support talent development activities including career development and succession planning.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external learning providers.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Prepare reports and insights on learning metrics and development outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment of local initiatives with global L&D strategies.

Qualifications

  • Saudi (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, or related field in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a matrixed multinational organization preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
