Basic Requirements

• Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional work experience. In current role for at least 2 year. • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Proven leader, viewed as a change agent. • Objective, open-minded and an “out-of-the-box” thinker. • Strong business acumen through demonstrated knowledge and ability to display the linkage between projects and desired business results. • Effective communicator, able to speak to audiences throughout the organization, understanding the various needs of audience members and tailoring the message to address their concerns. Strong written communication skills. • Understands both internal and external customers are the recipients of processes and the final judges of product or service quality. • Self-motivated, initiative and positive personality. Considered a cheerleader to pick up the team and help them move forward productively. • Results oriented with demonstrated performance in keeping and delivering commitments. • Technical aptitude to collect and analyze data for determining an improvement strategy. • Ability to lead, work with teams, be part of a team, understand team dynamics, have good influencing skills and motivate others. • Strong project management experience. • Illustrated organization skills through department operations and/or improvement project plan. • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint fluency required, MS Project and Access a plus) • Fulfilled the Black Belt role for a minimum of 12 months. • Successfully completed all phases and achieve savings targets in at least four additional projects beyond those required for advancement from Black Belt I to Black Belt II, across a broad area of business disciplines, one of which may be a DFSS project • Completed DMAIC projects without direct supervision. • Owned the development, delivery and training of two leverage packages. • Mentored five certification eligible, non leverage Green Belt projects to completion in a timely fashion. • Taught all Green Belt exam review training modules. This requirement may be completed in more than one review session. • Mentored less experienced Black Belts for project support, methodology and tool usage. • Operational or Corporate management acknowledgement of advanced ability to influence without authority across a range of business issues.
