About the role

  • We are seeking a Lean Improvement Specialist to drive continuous improvement across our logistics and supply chain network.
  • You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, leverage data driven insights to eliminate waste, and implement robust processes that scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive Process Excellence: Map current state operational workflows and leverage data analysis alongside on site observations to identify cost saving and efficiency enhancing initiatives.
  • Lead Lean Initiatives: Spearhead continuous improvement projects across logistics, warehousing, sorting, and transportation using standard Lean methodologies.
  • Establish Operational KPIs: Develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the direct financial and operational impact of your improvement projects.
  • Standardize Best Practices: Architect and maintain comprehensive process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational policies to sustain improvement outcomes.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation of change management and new process plans.
  • Innovate continuously: Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting emerging technologies and innovative operational solutions to elevate our logistics capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
  • Language: Good spoken and written English skills are preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, Lean production, or process improvement is a plus.
  • Process Improvement: Good understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies to resolve operational issues.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret operational data, and measure project results.
  • Project Management: Ability to plan, manage, and execute improvement initiatives from initiation to completion.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem solving, cross functional collaboration, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
