Role Overview
EPAM is seeking a Lead Workforce and Consumer Enablement Specialist focused on instructional design and learning experiences.
The Workforce Experience team creates online and in-person learning solutions, including videos, articles, podcasts, eLearning, coaching, instructor-led training, and assessments.
This is a full-time opportunity within a global team focused on creative solutions for complex learning and enablement needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with subject matter experts to identify learning and enablement needs and set appropriate learning objectives.
- Assess, improve, or design content aligned to objectives and modality, and create engaging learning activities.
- Draft storyboards and collaborate with multimedia developers to create instructional assets.
- Visualize instructional graphics, user interfaces, and finished products.
- Design assessments to measure the effectiveness of learning elements, modules, or courses.
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
- Communicate professionally with subject matter experts and colleagues.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage tools and resources.
