Lead quality-assurance initiatives as a QA leader and subject matter expert for banking systems.
Drive testing, automation, governance, and end-to-end quality delivery across digital banking solutions.
What You Will Do
- Lead SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production-release testing.
- Design test strategies, frameworks, and automation solutions.
- Provide subject-matter expertise across core banking, digital banking, CRM, IVR, ATM, cards, and banking integrations.
- Collaborate with business, technology, vendors, and external partners.
- Manage defect triage, QA governance, risk mitigation, and release readiness.
- Use QA metrics, dashboards, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor onshore and offshore QA teams and coordinate third-party providers.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of QA or testing experience, including three years in a lead or SME role supporting banking systems and transformation projects.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, and automation testing.
- Experience with banking systems, digital channels, Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps environments.
- Experience with tools such as Selenium, UFT, JMeter, TestNG, Postman, or similar.
- Experience managing distributed QA teams and strong stakeholder, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with core banking platforms, digital banking channels, cards and payments systems, banking integrations, or compliance and regulatory testing is preferred.
