Prior experience in Quantum industry

Experience seeing technology-based projects through the full life cycle including managing schedule, risk, and budget

Prior experience on first-of-its-kind, early technology-based products or projects

Resourcefulness and the ability to predict challenges to proactively head-off obstacles

Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

Ability to adapt tactics and strategies to meet diverse, early phase, and strongly technical projects

Thorough understanding of risk and opportunity analysis and management processes related to program planning
