Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product strategy and roadmap for Application and Integration Architecture
- Oversee end to end lifecycle of application architecture governance and internal agent development
- Build and lead a community of practitioners to drive adoption of modern application patterns, integration standards, and Agentic AI
- Establish and track KPIs to measure success of architecture initiatives
- Provide product leadership and mentorship to engineering team
- Author white papers and points of view; communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Oversee architecture governance practices including automation using AI, GitOps, Policy as Code, and LeanIX
- Get hands on with agentic development and prototype concepts rapidly using AI tools
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management & Agile experience
- Proven track record in driving product discussions, market scans, user experience research, software development, and delivery
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in ambiguous, fast paced environments
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, including agentic AI concepts (MCP, RAG, reasoning, planning, multi agent systems)
- Experience with Jira, Agile methodologies, GitHub, and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with cloud native architectures, microservices, and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Some programming skills in Python, Java, or similar
- Familiarity with tooling and infrastructure for AI agents (bonus)
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and principles (bonus)
- LeanIX APM experience (bonus)

What is the opportunity?
- RBC Enterprise Architecture team is looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive product strategy across Agentic AI governance, Modernization Factory, enterprise architecture strategy, and reuse and rationalization.
- This role requires a technical mindset with development background and experience with Generative AI tools.
What will you do?
- Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for Application and Integration Architecture.
- Oversee the end to end lifecycle of application architecture governance and internal agent development.
- Build and lead a community of practitioners across the organization to drive adoption of modern application patterns, integration standards, and Agentic AI.
