The Enterprise Client Master team provides trusted client data capabilities covering onboarding, identity resolution, hierarchy management, data quality, deduplication, survivorship, and distribution.
The team works with CRM, sales, operations, compliance, reporting, analytics, and technology groups on enterprise-scale data platforms and integrations.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise client mastering applications.
- Design scalable solutions for client onboarding, identity resolution, hierarchies, survivorship, deduplication, and data quality.
- Translate business and data requirements into secure, maintainable, high-performing solutions.
- Develop APIs and services that distribute trusted client data across enterprise systems.
- Improve performance, modernize components, and maintain production stability.
- Establish engineering standards across development, testing, deployment, and support.
Team and Collaboration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
- Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
- Influence engineering decisions and technology direction.
- Guide teams through solution design, implementation, and delivery.
- Resolve cross-functional dependencies and support enterprise integration initiatives.
