Lead software engineering role focused on enterprise messaging, API integration, and distributed systems.

Technical scope
- DevOps, OpenShift, API Gateway, REST APIs, cloud and distributed systems integration, DevSecOps, and integration platforms.
- Use OAuth2, mTLS, RBAC, logging, tracing, observability, and application performance management.
- Work with Solace PubSub+, OpenShift Container Platform, and Camel routes.
Responsibilities
- Configure topics, queues, VPNs, and Camel routes for enterprise messaging and integration.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, security, performance, reliability, and operational readiness.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement retries, dead-letter queues, monitoring dashboards, and resilience strategies.
- Develop integration flows, enforce naming and versioning governance, and maintain documentation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate on API contracts, support SIT and UAT testing, and operate integrations in hybrid environments.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing Solace PubSub+ messaging and Red Hat Integration components.
- Experience developing and optimizing API and integration flows using REST APIs and Camel routes.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, mTLS, RBAC, and secure integration design.
- Experience with observability, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and resilience strategies such as retries and dead-letter queues.
- Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines and integration documentation.
