Role Overview
The role seeks a strong Retail Banking Business Analyst who can work with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
The position supports banking transformation and customer engagement requirements across business, digital, and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Convert customer engagement requirements into complete BRDs and user stories.
- Cover business rules, journeys, channels, data, integrations, exceptions, and operational impacts.
- Elicit and write detailed business requirements.
- Challenge incomplete requirements.
- Work across Business, Digital, and Technology teams.
Requirements
- Strong Retail Banking Business Analyst experience is required.
- Strong requirements elicitation and BRD writing skills are required.
- Eight or more years of Business Analysis or banking transformation experience is preferred.
- Experience with CRM, customer engagement, campaigns, notifications, loyalty, personalization, or digital servicing is preferred.
