Lead the Personal Finance portfolio within a retail banking environment.
Own portfolio strategy, product proposition, growth, P&L, pricing, acquisition, and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Personal Finance journey from product design and eligibility through credit, fulfilment, servicing, and portfolio performance.
- Drive portfolio growth and customer acquisition.
- Oversee pricing, P&L, and portfolio management.
Requirements
- Ideally bring 12+ years of retail banking experience.
- Have significant leadership experience in Personal Finance or unsecured lending.
- Understand lending economics, pricing, credit policies, portfolio management, digital lending journeys, risk and compliance, and customer acquisition.
