Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical architecture and design decisions.
• Lead development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams and support career development.
• Drive delivery planning, estimation, technical reviews, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead AI, Machine Learning, and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational excellence activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and people management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications in Agile environments.
