Job Description Summary
- Engineering systems is an interdisciplinary engineering discipline focused on approach, mindset, and process. Responsible for planning and/or executing department operations or focused on executing professional activities within a technical discipline.
Rôles et responsabilités
- Identifies, develops, evaluates, introduces, and manages engineering solutions meeting technological needs for product control and control systems. Applies control theory and mathematical modeling to design and control systems with desired behaviors.
- Relies on deep knowledge of a technical discipline, analytical mindset, and technical experience to implement policy/strategy.
- Has deep knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others. Has practical knowledge of competition and differentiating factors.
- Demonstrates judgment and ability to propose different solutions outside defined parameters for more complex manufacturing processes. Relies on technical experience and analytical mindset.
- Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues. May lead small projects with low risks and resource needs. Explains information. Develops skills to bring team members to consensus. Conveys performance expectations and may manage sensitive issues.
Qualifications De Base
- For roles outside the US This role requires significant experience in the function and digital audio workstation knowledge. Knowledge level equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor's degree with experience in a relevant field).
- For roles in the US Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma and/or GED with at least 4 years of experience in the function).
