Role Overview
Lead the Salesforce team’s product direction, backlog, priorities, stakeholder alignment, and operating processes.
Partner with senior architects and administrators to ensure the team solves the right problems in the right order.
The Day-to-Day
- Turn business needs into problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria and prioritize them with stakeholders.
- Connect the Salesforce team with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other business groups.
- Define and enforce intake, prioritization, and delivery processes that prepare work for development.
- Advise architects and administrators while they own technical design.
- Champion AI-assisted triage, intake scoring, automation, and Salesforce operating improvements.
- Represent the Salesforce team when evaluating tools that affect the platform.
Required Experience
- Proven Salesforce Architect, Senior Administrator, or Business Analyst experience with hands-on Salesforce expertise.
- Strong backlog management, requirements scoping, feature prioritization, and product ownership experience.
- Ability to align competing priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and communicate technical concepts to executives and developers.
- Experience building lightweight operating frameworks for team workflows.
- Curiosity and drive to use AI to improve CRM efficiency and team operations.
- Comfort with SOX controls, structured deployments, and strict UAT standards.
Bonus Experience
- Active Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect-track certification is a bonus.
- Revenue Operations product ownership experience is a bonus.
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, or complex billing migration experience is a bonus.
- Applied AI experience in CRM or delivery environments is a bonus.
Hybrid Work Philosophy
- The team works three days per week in the office from Tuesday through Thursday.
- The remaining days provide flexibility for a hybrid working arrangement.
Compensation
- The target Canadian compensation range is CAD 90.8K to CAD 121K.
- The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
