- Understand category economics, supplier incentives, and buying behaviours deeply
- Run experiments around pricing, RFQ workflows, customer incentives, and acquisition tactics
- Manage a team of Sales Managers
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in B2B sales, category, business development
- Experience in dealing with SME or enterprise procurement customers is a plus
- Ability to influence sellers and customers effectively
- Willingness to spend time in the market
- Comfortable operating with minimal structure & high expectations
