About the Team and Role
The Global Efficiency Operations team drives end-to-end revenue process excellence across worldwide Deal Desk and Sales Operations.
The team works across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ on process standardization, AI workflow automation, CPQ modernization, analytics, and financial modelling tools.
The Lead Revenue Operations Analyst is a senior individual contributor combining financial analysis expertise with hands-on technology delivery.
The role bridges business analysis, financial modelling, AI and automation tooling, and process transformation.
Financial Analysis and Modelling
- Build and maintain advanced financial models for deal-level cost, pricing, and margin analysis across cloud, on-premise, and professional services transactions.
- Conduct deal financial analysis to support Deal Desk approvals, escalations, and negotiation guidance across regions.
- Analyze deal portfolios for profitability trends, discount patterns, revenue recognition impacts, and margin performance.
- Support Standalone Selling Price banding analysis and compliance validation for complex multi-element deals.
- Develop and maintain the Cloud Deal Modeler and related pricing tools.
Business Change and Transformation
- Lead analysis and design for deal process standardization, CPQ modernization, and AI-enabled approval workflows.
- Develop business requirements, process designs, and change impact assessments for transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable operational solutions.
- Identify process friction and design targeted improvements for the Cloud Acceleration Program.
AI and Microsoft Power Platform
- Design, build, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio agents, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop and operationalize AI agents for routine Deal Desk processes, approval routing, data validation, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to embed generative AI and agentic workflows into Global Efficiency Operations.
Candidate Profile
- The role requires deep financial analysis expertise and hands-on technology delivery capability.
- The successful candidate is self-motivated, solution-oriented, and comfortable with financial models, automation flows, and process design workshops.
- The role requires direct collaboration with Deal Desk managers, sales leadership, finance stakeholders, and technology teams.
