Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead – Quality Testing & Engineering to direct and manage the Quality Assurance function across digital banking, core banking, payment systems, and enterprise applications. In this role, you will establish quality standards, drive automation and continuous testing strat
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Management & Strategy: Define and execute the enterprise-wide QA strategy, governance models, quality gates, and process improvement frameworks across all SDLC/STLC phases.
- Test Delivery & Governance: Oversee functional, API, performance, regression, UAT, and mobile testing activities, ensuring release readiness and timely milestone completion.
- Automation & Continuous Testing: Establish enterprise automation roadmaps, expand testing coverage, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Stakeholder & Risk Management: Collaborate with business, development, PMO, and vendors to present quality dashboards, manage defect triage, track audit observations, and support regulatory compliance.
Technical Skills
- Test Management & CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, Bitbucket.
- Automation & Tools: UiPath/functional tools, Postman, JMeter, mobile device testing/device farms.
- Monitoring: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Application Insights.
- Certifications (Preferred): ISTQB, iSQI, CSQA, CSTE, CSTP, ITIL, PMP, or Agile certifications.
Experience
- 15–20 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Minimum 7 years in a leadership role managing enterprise QA teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Digital Banking platforms.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation projects and regulatory audits.
