AITS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive security governance and configuration for Temenos T24 core banking transformation programs. The role involves owning the Access Control Matrix, enforcing RBAC frameworks, and executing T24 system parameterization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Maker-Checker controls aligned with compliance standards.
- Build and maintain the Access Control Matrix (ACM) mapping user roles and permissions across banking operations.
- Configure T24 security parameters, user profiles, and operational controls in sync with business teams.
- Lead legacy user profile migration, support SIT/UAT execution, and resolve defect triage.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Temenos Core Banking transformation programs.
- Hands-on expertise in Temenos T24 parameterization and configuration across multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
- Manage versioning, governance, and synchronization for security configurations across environments.
Compensation
- QAR25,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
