Role Description
We are seeking an experienced IBM ACE Senior Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise integration flows. You will oversee the complete SDLC, collaborating with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Design and build integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ, ESQL, REST APIs, SOAP services, and JSON/XML data formats.
- Architecture & Delivery: Translate business requirements into reusable technical architectures that conform to enterprise standards.
- Testing & Deployment: Execute unit/integration testing with tools like SOAPUI and Postman; manage CI/CD deployment pipelines across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
- Monitoring & Support: Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, maintain technical documentation, and ensure adherence to security policies.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration using IBM ACE / IIB and IBM MQ.
- Core Technical Skills: ESQL, Shell Scripting, Data Mapping (XML, JSON, ISO8583, DFDL), CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, DevOps), and API Management.
- Education: B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (or equivalent).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and collaborative leadership.
