The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to specified quality standards, while facilitating cross-functional collaboration and compliance with industry regulations.
General Responsibilities
- **Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems**
- Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
- **Reporting**
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
- Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans for utility IT solutions, detailing timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of utility projects, meeting predefined specifications and standards.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to align project objectives and technology integration for utility services.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to senior management on progress, risks, and potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards specific to utility operations within IT projects.
- Evaluate project outcomes, conducting post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of deployed utility solutions.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle to ensure uninterrupted utility services.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 6 years of relevant working experience
